If you should have a problem opening a photo gallery, click the folder you want, wait till all the photos appear. Then while your holding down the CONTROL OR SHIFT KEY and click on first photo, let go of key and you should be able to go from photo to photo. I had this problem on my new computer, but not on my old computer.After a few cursing's with my computer, my son showed me what to do.
